How to Apply
You can apply either online or by speaking with one of our representatives over the phone. Once your application is submitted, we will send you an email with the home price you are approved for.
Find a Home That You Love
Once approved, you search for your perfect new home. We purchase the home with your approval and inspection. If an offer is accepted, you will provide HomePath Partners with your option consideration and closing costs, if you choose to pay closing costs, within three days.
We Buy the Home and Lease It to You
You will sign a lease with us for an initial 2 year term, which includes all obligations and the rental rate. After signing, we will inspect and appraise the property. Once everything is in order, we close the purchase, and you can move in!
Decide When to Buy
You will rent the property at the agreed-upon rate, and we will report your on-time payments to the credit bureaus to help you qualify for a mortgage faster. When you are ready and eligible for a mortgage, you buy the home from us.
